To save, Right-click on background tile and save to your pc, left-click to view the background on full page.
Animated backgrounds created by ART-TLC are all original. Animated backgrounds can be saved to your pc and opened in desktop properties.
Make sure you have set desktop to 'active' and 'tile'.
